AIS ON-LINE AND LOCAL ASSISTANCE


ON-LINE ASSISTANCE

The On-line Assistance provides detailed support for each of the ~300 elements within the Approved Installers Database. The assistance is based upon all the recognised standards for installation of telecommunications cabling (BS 6701, EN 50174-x, BS 7671 etc) combined with common sense and quality assurance experience of the FIA membership.

LOCAL ASSISTANCE

The local assistance is provided as pdf documents linked to the Approved Installers Database. It replicates the On-line Assistance and is maintained by the supply of service packs to the Approved Installers Database.
